Ready to get started?  We have a standard rental application that adheres to the current State of Hawaii Landlord-Tenant Code and Fair Housing laws.  Applicants are also required to submit at least one month's worth of paystubs or pay statements with completed applications.  We require gross monthly income 3 times the rental amount to qualify.  In addition, we will review applicant's credit history.
