On the west side of the island, you’ll find charming homes that line the Leeward Coast or are nestled inconspicuously against the mountainside. As long-term rentals, these homes are moderately priced, and the natural beauty surrounding the area is an added bonus. Though it can often be hot on the Leeward side, many residents find reprieve at nearby beaches, the water park, and the outlet malls.
